Job Title: Administrative and Personal Assistant

Position Overview:  We are currently seeking a part-time administrative and personal assistant to join our team. This position requires an enthusiastic, efficient, and proactive individual who is capable of multi-tasking, handling sensitive issues with discretion, and working under minimal supervision. We are looking for a 15-20 hour commitment during regular business hours, with the option to perform most of the work either remotely or on-site in our professional office suite.


  • Calendaring – Manage electronic calendars; schedule meetings, appointments, conference calls
  • Meeting Logistics – Prepare agendas, materials
  • Visitor Logistics – Prepare for visits
  • Copying/Faxing/Scanning/Printing – In-house or manage large jobs with external vendor
  • Phone Calls – Answer, screen, take messages, or route calls appropriately
  • Travel – Handle travel reservations; provide itineraries
  • Expenses – Process expenses
  • Office Supplies – Place orders and maintain supplies
  • Documentation – Compile information, draft or independently prepare internal communications, reports, and correspondence
  • Research – May assist with research projects on the internet
  • Records Management – Maintain accurate and organized paper and electronic files
  • Communication – Interact and act as a liaison with business clients, business partners, and outside parties
  • Personal Matters – Handle personal needs including picking up lunch, dry cleaning, and other errands as needed
  • Special projects and assignments as assigned and directed

Qualifications: Experience providing administrative support in an office environment; familiarity with Google Drive; exceptional customer service skills; ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, handle confidential matters and operate under pressure.
